Hi! I’m looking for high voltage neon shades. I know claire’s has these shades but their nail polishes SUCK… so does anyone know of inexpensive, quality, bright shades of nail polish? Any help will be appreciated.

the best brand by far is OPI.
they dont peal off at all. The price is about 7.50, but i’d rather have one or two amazing colors, than 100 ok colors that peal off.

my opinion is regular nail polish mixed together with another like two bright colors like pink & another shade or tint of pink.

rimmel has really cool colors. you can pick some up at walmart & target. theyre about 2 bucks if i remember correctly.
the new line ‘I <3 Lasting Finish’ has some really cool colors like Magenta Magic, Azure, Sunshine, & Tangerine Queen.

You should try the new summer colecction by Revlon. The colors are great, & it dryes in less than one minute. CVS pahramcy has an special pay one get two with card

Go to a nail salon.. Pick out a color & have them just polish you.. Keep track of the colors you try ..
Cost about 5 bucks.. They usually have a HUGE selection

Sinful Colors Nail Polish in Summer Peach & Irish Green..those shades are really pretty & stuff. Also you can get Wet N’ Wild Nail Color for cheap. =]

OPI brand is great. They tend to be a little bit more expensive but totally worth it. You can usually buy them at hair & nail salons. They also have a huge range of colors.

Oh well you don’t like Claires… But there is gorgeous electric blue shade called “Groovy” & it’s insanely bright. I’m wearing it on my toes right now. It’s from Claires though.
