You can take a multivitamin or a biotin supplement. You can find them pretty much anywhere (walmart, walgreens, etc.)

Pre-natal or a good multivitamin can help. Also massaging your head every night for about ten minutes can quicken hair growth. I got a haircut about a month ago & I miss my long hair. I’ve been taking One a day Women’s or a pre-natal vitamin every day & massaging my head every night. My hair has already grown a little more than an inch, which is way more than it has ever grown in a month. My hair grows super slow, so it’s like a miracle.
When you massage your head it stimulates your hair follecules & quickens your hair growth. Lay on some where with your head lying over or off something, so the blood is rushing to your head. I lay on my bed & hang my head over the edge, & massage your head for about ten minutes before you go to bed
Their are also shampoos & conditioners that have proteins in them that are what your hair needs to grow. I haven’t gotten the chance to get them yet, but “grow” or “fast” shampoo & conditioner seems like it should work. I am getting it soon. But from what I told you, taking vitamins will strengthen your nails & help your hair grow faster & massaging your head should help.
P.S. I also take a vitamin E supplement every day, that supposably is good for hair growth. Well, good luck! =D

I’m not really sure about nails, but for your hair, you need to take care of it, get trims every 8 weeks or so if needed. Don’t over brush your hair. Don’t over wash it either since washing hair too much strips the hair of the natural oils it needs. Try not to use flat irons, blow dryers, ect. too much. When you do use a heat prodect, make sure to apply heat protection, Ireccomend Chi Silk Infusion =) Also, you need a healthy diet, if you lack proper nutrition, it will show in your hair. You need to eat foods with a lot of protein since your hair is mostly protein, these foods can be nuts, eggs, fish, & cheese. I hope I helped =]

Try taking vitamin E. Check with your doctor to make sure that it is safe for you. Most people can safely take it. It doesn’t exactly have your hair & nails grow, but it does help because it makes them stronger & healthier. Beware of products that claim to make them grow faster. Such a thing might exist, but many are rip offs.

Every once in a while get your hair cut a tiny bit & it will grow faster.
Cutting the tip off gets rid of dead hair & lets new hair grow.

    HAIR
    - trim your hair regularly, dead ends make it grow slower
    - when you shampoo, only scrub the roots, not the ends. The suds from the roots will wash the ends when you rinse.
    - when you condition, do the opposite of shampooing. only put a tiny bit of conditioner at the roots & really lather it in at the ends.
    - try to use heat as little as possible… this REALLY can damage hair. Also, if you DO use heat, make sure you have a protector gel in.
    - i don’t recomend any hair growing shampoos/conditioners but you can try them if it’s that bad
    NAILS
    - well, not much can be done, but, don’t mess with them & tear at them when your bored
    - trim the edges once a week (but don’t CUT, just TRIM or it won’t work)
    - putting on clear protector helps
    - don’t use acrylic nails
    - after showers, push you cuticles (which is the white at the base of the nail) downwards
    - you can also buy some nail grower nail polish at a CVS or Walgreen’s
