my daughter got nail varnish on a new jumper i tried varnish remover & washed it its still there

i would like to know if there is anything that can help the growth of my nails. help??

As kids we used to know more about finger nails than we do now. If you have half-moon under your fingernails it meant that you were healthy. If they turned a different color or disappeared then it was said that you would become ill very soon. Does anyone else know more about this?

Hi! I’m looking for high voltage neon shades. I know claire’s has these shades but their nail polishes SUCK… so does anyone know of inexpensive, quality, bright shades of nail polish? Any help will be appreciated.

its the dog or cat nail file you use instead of clipping their nails.

It is kind of like a cheese grater on one side & a nail file on the the other. I am not sure if I should soak my feet for a while first or what else I could do. Thank you.

Dry cleaning fluid (white spirits) on a cotton ball. Dab onto stain until all gone. You may need to wash sheets a couple of times.

Basically, you are supposed to bite down on your pinky fingers at the fingernail, about as hard as you can stand for 1 minute. After that you interlock your pinkies together & pull… I’m not sure if it is supposed to hurt or just tingle. I’m trying to get other opinions.

i do,
recently i mixed shimmery pink, white, & a very light green(almost translucent) & the color reminded me of pink cotton candy
I like to mix polish because it makes unique colors that u dont see in stores very often
Can some one please give me some ideas on which colors to put together for especially unique colors?

ive had discoloured nails for about a month now caused by using an old nail varnish,was wondering if anyone has any tips on how to get rid of the problem

With the colored gel nails how do you take them off? Can you make the nail longer with the colored gels? Thanks!

I haven’t, but it looks like a good thing to have. as long as the pet doesn’t mind their feet touched, & if they don’t it’s easy to train them to like them touched. I think I’m going to ask my mom to get it. it sure would be easier, at least it looks that way…..

I’ve had long nail before, but I can’t seem to get them to grow. Is there a way that they will grow faster? I’ve hear about sticking them in jello. Is that true?

Both of my toenails (the big ones) are cracked due to an accident in soccer. Its not SO bad but it looks unsightly & is quite difficult to cut sometimes. What can I do about it so that it can heal properly & look normal?

My nails tend to be quite weak (bendy) & will begin to peel (rather than actually break) after a while. Also, my thumb & index fingernails have ridges that run across the nail & I’m not sure what has caused these. I am pretty good about using lots of hand cream & using my nail file correctly. Can anyone suggest what might cause the flaking & the ridges & any ideas of how to improve the condition of my nails?
