When I get my hair-cut my hair grows fast it right now its down to my lower back & then my nails get so long fast too I nail file them & then my friend thought I had fake nails on. Why does my hair & nails grow fast??

maybe its my imagination but i feel like my hair is not growing does the GNC HAIR SKIN AND NAILS work? anyone had good results using it or any other vitamins?

I understand that hair & nail growth is all genetically programmed & such but maybe there is a way to make it grow stronger? Some magic remedy you use on your hair that has caused a faster hair growth? Vitamins you recommend that may help? Please help me!

I only ask because I heard when you doe your hair & nails still grow (they are dead to begin with) & vampires are dead….

My nails & hair grow REALLY slow. I recently chopped off my hair in April, got a trim in June, & it’s barely grown!! ): My nails also grow very slow & they’re weak when they’re long so I usually have to cut them.

Its really weird. I have to cut my nails like every other week they grow so fast but my hair doesn’t even go past my chin & I’ve been trying to grow it out for years now. Anyway I can change that?

my hair grows at the least, half an inch a month. idk if thats normal.
but my nails grow super fast. i just clipped mine a couple days ago & they are already disgustingly long.

my hair grows about 1 1/2 inches a month, & my nails grow about 2mm every 2 weeks if im lucky….

Or does it grow faster or slower than our finger nails? Or does it grow fast as our toenails? (fingernails grow 2x as fast as toenails…)
