As kids we used to know more about finger nails than we do now. If you have half-moon under your fingernails it meant that you were healthy. If they turned a different color or disappeared then it was said that you would become ill very soon. Does anyone else know more about this?

Hi! I’m looking for high voltage neon shades. I know claire’s has these shades but their nail polishes SUCK… so does anyone know of inexpensive, quality, bright shades of nail polish? Any help will be appreciated.

It is kind of like a cheese grater on one side & a nail file on the the other. I am not sure if I should soak my feet for a while first or what else I could do. Thank you.

Dry cleaning fluid (white spirits) on a cotton ball. Dab onto stain until all gone. You may need to wash sheets a couple of times.

My toe & hand nails are not clear & soft like everybody else. They are a bit yellow & there are like vertical lines running through them. I went to a nail doctor when I was smaller & all he did was look at my nails & give me some cream that did not help.Sometimes I feel embarassed to show them. The only way I can make them look normal is by filing the whole nail,then it looks nice. Somebody tell me something please.

I’ve had long nail before, but I can’t seem to get them to grow. Is there a way that they will grow faster? I’ve hear about sticking them in jello. Is that true?

Both of my toenails (the big ones) are cracked due to an accident in soccer. Its not SO bad but it looks unsightly & is quite difficult to cut sometimes. What can I do about it so that it can heal properly & look normal?

My husband loves to have his toes sucked but with the fungus in his toenails I’m not sure about it….Will I get sick if I suck them? Is it contagious? the other day he tried to have his big toe in my vagina & with the fungus I’m thinking I can get sick also….Any suggestions?

I’ve been biting my fingernails ever sense I’ve had teeth. Now there just little nubs. I’ve tried to stop a million times bet I always end up biting them again. HELP!
