I used to bite my nails a lot. So they are short how do i make them go back long again? Plz help me

i had an injury to my finger, i had to get around 10-15 stitches & i have a scar, but i can cover up the most of the scar when my fingernail regrows completely. its all ready halfway grow again, so please answer my question cause this really sucks

i bite mine a lot but im willing to try to stop if i have something that will give me the hope of having pretty nails.

My nails are weak, & grow slowly. i like having them longer, because it looks nicer.
if they get too long, they crack & break easily. they are weak. is there any way i can make them stronger?

I have always had brittal nails that don’t grow well. When they do they brake.And my cuticles are all dry & cracked. Anyone have any ideas on how to get them stronger & grow nicely with nice cuticles?

i have relatively long nails, BUT everytime they get the length i like, they break! OVER & OVER again.

I used to bite my nails & cuticles, & they always looked horrible. For a few months now, I have broken this habit & they look really nice. The only thing is that the whites of my nails don’t look that good. My two questions are 1. Is this an indication of vitamin deficiency? & 2. Is there a polish that will help with this? My nails & hair grow REALLY slow. I recently chopped off my hair in April, got a trim in June, & it’s barely grown!! ): My nails also grow very slow & they’re weak when they’re long so I usually have to cut them.

Just rinse off your face well, & use a little bit of a cream with no perfumes or fragrances to soothe the skin.

My 2 & half year old son is fine when i cut his finger nails, but goes completely mad when i attempt to cut his toenails! he wriggles around saying ‘ow ow’ & making such a fuss that i have to grip his foot tightly whilst i quickly cut his nails. How can i do this without upsetting him so much? i hate to see him crying like that & feel so bad!
