3 of my toenail have fallen off & the nails look like they are perfectly healthy & when they fall off, they do not get sore. They are not discolored or anything like something is wrong with them.
Is A Bluish Grey Discoloration Of The Skin Under Your Fingernails A Sign Of Malnourishment?
I know that I have an eating disorder but so far I’ve been pretty good about hiding it. I seem to remember reading somewhere though that if the skin under your fingernails are more bluish grey instead of light pink it’s a sign of malnourishment but I haven’t been able to ever find it again. I ask because recently I’ve noticed this same discoloration on my own nails & was just curious if it was related.
