Hi! I’m looking for high voltage neon shades. I know claire’s has these shades but their nail polishes SUCK… so does anyone know of inexpensive, quality, bright shades of nail polish? Any help will be appreciated.

i am going to be in a school play. i am playing a women from athens named helena. i want to paint my nails for the play. what are some good colors that wont stand out too much but are noticeable?

Dark red,dark purples,dark colors is what I where in fall.

I think the best thing is a french manicure. But if you don’t want to have a french manicure all summer here is what I do:
I paint my nails with french manicure polish. Then I take a thin acrylic overlay to protect it. Then if you choose to wear a different color that matches your outfit all you have to do is apply two coats over the french manicure to change the color.
Then if you want to go back to the french manicure all you have to do is use NON-ACETONE nail polish to take of the polish & then you will have your french manicure back.
This is so convenient because french manicure goes with anything & if you don’t have time to polish your nails you can still have a great look for summer.

Wow, there are SO many different designs you’re capable with just TWO colors, & I bet you have more.
Choice Uno – You could do three different colored stripes right next to each other. Make them thick for better results. Red white & blue are nice to do in July or at patriotic events.
Choice Two – Paint all of your nails black. All of them, then let them dry. Paint DIFFERENT length stripes in white or gray vertical lines. It looks cute for business type occasions, too.
Choice Three – This is hard, but it can be done. Pick three colors. Preferrably NON- complimentary. Take the first & messily splotch a dot onto each nail. Let dry. Repeat with all of the colors, & you’ll have a nice tye-dye type design.
Choice Four – This one is most commonly used, but take a different color for each nail and, well, paint it.
Choice Five – Take blue, or preferrably dark navy, & paint the whole nail making sure to do it in WAVES. Take a white or creme color, & messily paint a small star in the center of each nail. The messier, the better. It looks like it’s glowing.
I could go on FOREVER, but seriously, use your imagination. It’s better than any advice on YA.

Navy blue is a really hot color for fall, for winter:
dark plums, inky-reds, greys & charcoals, deep purples & navy blues, dark browns, dark orange, copper, lavender & wines, & also really bright colors, almost neons. Gold too.
It all depends on your personal style.

im into the really bright colors so does anybody know where i can get like a bright yellow or lime green or something veryy bright & flashy? i like opi so prefferbly that, i already have a lot of there colors & my sister works at a nail & hair salon so she could probably get me the colors anytime if i found one i like.

I cannot understand why I can’t grow fingernails. I am not a nail biter & as soon as they get 1/4 inch they start breaking & peeling. I have tried Sally Hansen products, currently trying that Nutra-nail green tea stuff. I taken gelatin capsules.
What in the world is wrong with me? My mom & sisters all have nice nails. Don’t suggest acrylic or fake. I would just like to have nicer nails. Thanks.

I usually use hot or light pink, but that’s getting kinda boring. I want something bright (not really neon bright) I saw this really cute glittery copper but i don’t know where to find it.

what are some pretty nail polish colors? im always wearing black or pink, & im growing tired of them. any colors that dont look tacky or cheap?

I have some really ugly ridges on both my thumb finger nails & they kind of look weird & ugly. On one of them, the ridges are thicker & I tried to buff them away but somehow I got a small whole right in the middle of the nail. When I tried to file the nail I think I filed too much because now it even hurts when I try to do something with it. It also looks kind of dark. Please somebody tell me what this is & how can I make it go away!
