Is it because they don’t want people to see their nail polish but they like it themselves?

Several people clip there finger nails at work & it drives me at the wall. Am I the only person that this bugs?
How do other people handle this?

A friend of mine, aged 38, has done this for years. Every finger & thumb have no nails on them. He refuses to answer why, & gets mad when I ask.

Or do they just not care? I’ve always wanted to know!

Like what are some home remedies or what can I put on it or soak them in??

Do all us right handed people need a left handed pair of sissors or do we just stick our whole hand in a food chopper ?

Like two or three thousand years ago what did they do?And hou did men shave their face without things we use today.Their mustve been lots of people with long claws & hair here there & every wear.

Basically, you are supposed to bite down on your pinky fingers at the fingernail, about as hard as you can stand for 1 minute. After that you interlock your pinkies together & pull… I’m not sure if it is supposed to hurt or just tingle. I’m trying to get other opinions.

You know, the fingernails that are so long that they curve. This is a serious question.

I keep seeing the commercial on tv, there are two. Pedipaws & another brand similar to it.
It is a tool that is battery operated & files down the nails safely. anyone who uses clippers on their pet, probably knows about going down too far to the quick. This tool is meant to prevent that problem.
So if you do use it, what are the results.
How easy is it?
Does it do the job efficiently?
How comfortable is your pet with it?

My friend all of sudden grabbed my hand today & felt my fingernail & said that I was healthy because my fingernails were smooth.
Is this true???

I pull out my toenails untill they are completely out. It hurts but the pain is best described as “it hurts so good.”

Is there a reason some girls grow their nails long? How long are they & do they use they for a purpose?

May sound like a random pointless question but I have been wondering about this for ages. Stone age people were anatomically the same as us but they only had stone tools, i.e. no nail clippers or nail scissors. Did they use pieces of flint maybe? Come to that how do other animals cut theair fingernails or toenails like chimps or orangutans? Any ideas?

All my cats won’t just lay still, they are constantly squirming & moaning (complaining) & occasionally trying to bite me. when ever its time to trim someones toenails.
*By the way its illegal to have a cat declawed in California.
I wouldn’t do it even if it was legal, its too cruel to the cat to maim it by cutting off its poor little toe tips.

Also, how many weeks pregnant were you when you delivered the baby you are answering for
I’ve read babies fingernails are long by the time you hit 31 weeks pregnant. I’m only 29 weeks pregnant.

I’m worried becaue my quaker hen has no toenails & my 7 day old quaker doesn’t have any yet. When do they get them in?

I understand they could have used scissors…but even before that.
I mean, i can see that they would maybe bite their fingernails, but for the toenails too…?

How did people during the BRONZE AGE, & earlier, cut their TOENAILS & FINGERNAILS?
